Dr. Rehab Iftikhar is a Research Fellow at University College London. She has worked as a
postdoctoral researcher in Industrial and Information Management unit at Tampere
University, Finland. She earned her PhD degree in management from Luiss Guido Carli
University, Italy in 2017. Prior to the PhD, she has completed a MSc. in Management at
Umeå University, Sweden. She has done Master in Business Administration and Information
Technology Management (MBA) and Bachelor in Business Administration and Information
Technology Management (BBA-Hons) from International Islamic University, Islamabad,
Pakistan. Her research focuses on the investigation of crisis and its management, accentuate
performance, sense-making and learning in inter-organizational projects. She is particularly
interested in collaboration (relationship/network), resilience and knowledge management,
empirically concentrated on inter-organizational projects. Throughout her studies, she has
used different methodological approaches, using both quantitative and qualitative
methods. She has studied infrastructural projects including transportation projects such as
metro bus, metro train, rail, and airport as large-scale complex, and multi-organizational
settings. She has published in leading journals like IEEE Transactions on Engineering
Management, Project Management Journal, Journal of Knowledge Management. She has
participated in several conferences.
